Upon arrival there was no space on the carpark - a lovely Gentleman (that runs the bar) waved me over asked me if I was checking in before guiding me on to the overflow carpark, which I was unaware of. Good start to my trip! Check in - we were greeted with a lovely bubbly Receptionist who was really helpful and again first impressions count. The room was a standard double so quite compact in size - it was decorated lovely, clean and adequate for what we needed. Veggie Brekkie was awesome! Which is very unusual ... us veggie's usually get the short straw lol Not here! The bar area had a lovely feel and the staff were very attentive. The place just has a lovely feel to it - the staff and the decor all in all it's just a really lovely place, up there with my favourites especially if you want value for money! We will be back!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent, on the sea front and a five minute walk from shops, restaurants, cafes etc. In St Anne's square. . Plenty of parking for guests, and just a short drive into Blackpool and Lytham. We had a large room overlooking the sea which was very well furnished and decorated, and the bathroom had a great walk in shower. The food was very good in the restaurant, and we were able to get a light snack in the bar one evening which was also delicious.

This was mine and my mums first time staying here and we absolutely loved it. We booked a twin room but when we arrived it was a double. The lady on the desk was so helpful and as they couldn't separate the bed they gave us another room for no extra charge. We had sea views in both rooms and they were spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Also the breakfast was lovely.

Lovely friendly staff my grandaughter and i got stuck in the lift as we didnt know how to open the door.The receptionist on duty was lovely and calmed my 5yr old grandaughter down and showed her how the lift worked so that she wouldnt be afraid of using a lift in the future.The food at the hotel was really good and we enjoyed an evening meal with our son and family .

Location. Lucy my dog just loves the beach and it's more or less straight across the road. Hotel really looked after myself and Lucy and made us more than welcome. On arrival in the room there was treats plus a blanket and food and water ball for her. At breakfast and dinner she recieved a sausage and water and loved it. All the staff made us more than welcome.
